Thank you for making an announcement about this important day that many people from Armonk neglect and take for granted. I grew up in Armonk and always remembered how distant the town was from any military service. A few people from my graduating class at Byram Hills decided to join the service like I have. Once again, thank you for trying to spread the word to make people appreciate the sacrifices that men and women make everyday.
